i believe one of my cd's is stuck or jammed which is causing for my magazine not to come out when i press eject

please help me because i do not want to take it to the dealership

what can i do to take it out?

yes, you can take it out by yourself.

 

I had the same problem and used the bottom of my palm to give it a little pound on the top and it finally popped out. My dealer told me to stop playing homemade CD copies because they ruined the sensor. New ones are $500 and up but I've seen them on ebay for cheaper.
