I just got my C280 back from the dealership and they said that they thought it would be a good idea to install a new fuel filter. I have done the brakes and rotors on this car myself. I have installed a fuel PUMP on my Ford Bronco. The question I have is, is this something that is fairly easy to do? This is an in-line fuel filter so I am assuming this should be fairly easy. I have installed fuel filters in other cars the only problem is that MBZ doesnt put out a manual on this modle so I am stuck looking for the filter. Does anyone know where this filter is located and if this is something fairly easy to do (i.e this is about a three beer job on a Saturday). Please reply.

 

Located under a cover at the back right side of the car, next to the fuel tank. Under the cover, it will be next to the fuel pump.
