Default Driver Lock & Vacuum Pump C280

When my boyfriend went to lock my car the doors locked but he felt some sort of click, or pressure release. So then when we tried to unlock the doors they wouldn't unlock from the drivers side door. So we tried to unlock the doors from the passenger side and it worked, it unlocked all of the doors accept the drivers side door. So I took the drivers side door panel off and looked around for leaks but couldn't find any in the vacuum line, or at least I couldn't tell from the little I know.

Once I put the door panel back on, I checked all of the fuses and they seemed fine. Then I checked the vacuum pump in my trunk, and of course my mother tried to help me and she pulled on some wires, and tubes and now none of my doors unlock with the trunk or any doors. Let me rephrase that, when I put the key into the drivers side door it doesn't have any pressure and it doesn't lock or unlock the door. But I put the key in the passenger side and it locks the door, but only that door. When I use the key on the trunk it locks the trunk but nothing else. Also my interior dome light no longer comes on at all.

Sorry I pressed enter accidently. I wasn't done.

I don't have an owners manual because I bought my car at an auction. I also have no clue how to check and see if or where there is a leak because before the doors wouldn't unlock/lock I heard a really high pitched squealing or whistle coming from the front passenger side under the dash. I also removed the paneling and can hear where the sound is coming from but there are several tubes so I can't pinpoint the exact tube/vacuum pump line that it is coming from.

Any help please!!!
