Default Diagnostic codes gone after batt change

Hi,

My C220 CDI 2007 W204 showed the following errors via the iCarsoft MBII diagnostic BEFORE the battery was changed:

Component Y100/1 (Right charge pressure positioner) has a short circuit to ground
Check component G3/2 (O2 sensor upstream of cat) Short
A10D00 The power supply is too low
Check N10/1 (Front SAM control unit ...) N10/1kl (Circuit 87 relay, engine) Serial error

I changed the battery, as it was the original Varta battery, which had finally croaked after 10 years as I could not start the car. NOW I cannot see those codes again! Am I lucky and all those codes are a result of a previously dying battery? Have bought the Bosch O2 sensor and prefer not having to install it plus looking at the turbo ECU at the same time for any loose wires.

Anyone out there with a black belt in electrickery?

All the codes except for the O2 sensor seem like ones that your power source (battery) would give off. Drive the car for a few more weeks and then pull the codes again, it may have stored several even after the battery change.
