Default Dead battery

2001 C240, 74,000 mi.

OK, I have read the other postings about current drain when the car is off, and the different levels of "sleep" from key-off position.

But whats got me confused is: I unplugged the driver seat controller module and the battery stopped going dead. So, for 4 months the battery worked fine. (i replaced the battery and alternator at the start of problems).. I purchased a new module and the day I decided to do the swap, the battery was DEAD. I had the module unplugged for months! After I swapped the module the battery was dead the next day again.

Any help is appreciated.

PS I have not pulled any breakers yet. And I'm not sure how many milli amps should be indicated when measuring drain on battery.
