I have been told by several people that my stalling at start up when putting my car in gear is most likely the cold start valve. Where on the engine is this located, is there a way to check it without having codes run? also how big of a job is the replacement, and how costly is the part? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

 

on the front with a single line coming from the fuel distributor. it got 1 electrical connection too.
