I was thinking of changing the grille on my 2002 c240 to one from a newer E-Class, and the headlights to the newer S-Class. This would involve moding my hood to fit it since the grille is a lot bigger(taller top to bottom). Has anyone ever attempted anything likethis? Any ideas on the best ways to go about it?

dont know if this would be something i would do as changing the headlights would involve changing the top lock panel, the headlight panels and any other brackets that relate to the headlight panels + the wiring connection for the lights may be differant.
you may even have to modify the front fenders to accomadate the lights.

big job but if you really want to do it then its possible.
