How can I check if my Check Engine Light has been disabled? Is there a fuse for it?

W/o thinking too long and hard-there is certainly a fuse for the lamp, but if the other lamps in the dash cluster are working then the fuse is good. Other than opening the cluster and checking the bulb, I don't know. Get a read out to see if you have any current trouble codes. If you do, then you CEL is certainly not working.
BTW, you can get a free read out from Auto-Zone or some other shop.

It should light up with the key in the acc. position. If not its either burnt out or disabled.
