Well, it has finaly happened, time to grow up a little bit. I am considering a c230 kompressor, and know vary little about these other than my reading on the internet. As I have to yet to test drive one I am curious about the feel of the power. My current transportation has 300RWHP and just under 700 ft lbs's at the rear wheeles. I have gotten vary used to having that kind of power. I realise I will not get close to those #'s with a production car, but definatly want something that will get out of it's own way. My use will be primarly as a commuter, about 50 miles a day in evil traffic. So my main concerns are reasonable mileage, power there when I need it, visibility from the driver seat, and interior room. I am a big guy 6' 3" 240# so I need a bit of space. Any realworld you can offer would be appreciated.

Im also 6'3 and 240 lbs. and i have the 2003 c230K. Plennnnnnntttyyyy of room, visibility is perfect, and so far I had the car for 2 weeks, and the only problem I had is that a bulb went out in my tail light today, but it was no problem replacing it. I would definately recommend this car, good luck with your search
