Yesterday I serviced the battery on my daughter's '06 C350. The negative terminal was badly corroded, so I replaced it. After I reconnected the battery, everything worked fine no problems at all. Today she was on the freeway when the engine suddenly died and left her stranded. The gas gauge read almost empty. I put in gas but no luck. The engine turns over but will not start. Could disconnecting the battery have had something to do with it. Maybe a bad fuel pump or bad position sensor of some type? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

 

Okay, I think I have narrowed down to the fuel system because the engine runs when I use starting fliud. Can someone please tell me where the fuel pump and fuel pump relay & fuse is located?
