C280 Benz problem?

C280 Benz problem?
Hey, i have a 1998 c280 benz 125 k on it. The other day the all of a sudden the windows, the trunk an the wiper blade wont work. I have to think that this is a fuze. has anyone else ever had this go wrong? any ideas?
