Hi Guys.

I own a 1999 c280, tan/brown interior. The latching mechanism on my glove box is not catching and therefore not allowing it to close properly (it just keeps popping down open). I took it to a mechanic and he said that the entire door would need replacement and that nothing could be done to replace the latch/lock. His parts source is quoting him $160. I want a cheaper fix than this. I have found a 1994 c280 glove box (with the correct color) on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...DME:L:RTQ:CA:1)

Will this fit in my 1999 c280? I would appreciate an answer ASAP as the auction end tomorrow.
