2002 C240, Took it to a local branch of a car audio chain to have a CD changer installed. They said no problem, took apart the dash, decided they had no clue how to do the install (it's an oem MB CD changer), putthe dash back together, and now the climate control does not respond.

The blower runs continuously, even when the key is out of the car, hot air blows on the feet and that's all. The only response from the controls is the "Auto" light and the deprost light go on and off when pressed, they just don't make anything happen. All the other controls are dead.

Any ideas???? (yeah, I know, don't go back the that store again......)
