Hello, new to the forum, hoping to find someadvice/help.
I bought my 2002 C200 Kompressor a few months back and its been fine, had a service a few weeks ago (B), recently its been having an issue.
I thought it was the cold (im in southern england and the ice and cold weather has started) but then today it had the problem mid day when it was already warm.
I think its electronic as to fix it you park up turn it off, take out the key.. wait a few seconds and restart it.
The problem can happen with no warning.
Today i was approaching a roundabout, was driving fine, i stopped to give way and then tried to pull out into a gap, this is the problem, suddenly it will not accelerate, its an auto in drive so starts to move away as soon as you lift off the brake but press the gas as much as you like and it crawls along, if you hold the pedal down it will gradually accelerate but it takes forever to respond if you lift off it again, its frustrating and fairly dangerous.
Has anyone got any idea what it could be? no warnings on the dashboard so i have no idea.
Thanks for any help.

I had a similar problem though. I was told my supercharger was lose! This was fixed because it happened after they did a replaced a vent hose under recall & they didn't put back the SC properly. You might have a SC problem!
