Hi everyone!

I have been having a problem with opening the boot on my 1999 C240 Sport. I have tried using the buttons on the key but it has stopped working. I have also tried using the boot release button inside of the car; but it still does not work. I have also a spare key and that doesnt open it either.

Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem and if so how did you fix it?
