i took my c240 to get alligned. my steering weel is still not in line. did they forget to do something or rip me off. keep in mind this was a local shop not mercedes

 

Aligning the steering wheel is a standard part of front end alignment regardless of who does it.
Go back to them and tell them the steering wheel isn't right and they will adjust it for you if they
are a reputable shop. That's what I'd do.
