alarm problem

my alarm doesn't roll my windows down or up when i hold the buttons. I have to be almost ontop of the car to get the alarm to work. Any else have this problem? c320 01 57k.</P>

alarm problem

sounds like the battery in your remote is getting weak. These remotes are kind of weak to begin with (even with new batteries) so don't get your hopes up about it increasing distance by much.
