having a voltage issue we installed a aftermarket hid but cuts of after hitting 13.5 volts i'm not sure if voltage is the issue the installer says its day-time running lights that cuts it off. lights work fine when car is off (@12.0 volts). need help ASAP!!!!!!!!!

ok, i figured out a way to use the high beam harness to power the kit. so anyone who bought a aftermarket kit
can do this, only problem is the high-beam sign in the cluster says on and you have no high beam.
but i called the dealer to reset my car to set more volt to the lower beams, they told me they wouldn't
because it's an aftermarket kit, but oh well. problem sovled except when i have to get a inspection.
