Hello, I am new to this forum and am seeking much needed advice. I have a 98 Mercedes c230 that has not been running for the last few months. As soon as I start it, it will just die. On the rare occasion it does stay on I will drive it for a about a block and it will just die on me without any warning. It used to shake real bad before it died but now there is no shaking it just dies. No codes either. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter. Air filter, spark plugs, and wires. MAF was replaced about a year ago. please help I have no idea why my car will not stay on.

 

That can be because of a bajillion different problems...I personally would check to see for air flow, the injectors were working, wiring, timing, cams..etc...but honestly your guess would be as good as mine because I have an entire c280 apart following all the wiring with a Bentley Repair Manual and my needles on my cluster is still not working...
