My mono wiper moves to the center position slows and shutters for about 10 inches then moves freely again to the right then does the same thing on the return to the left position. I have read several things here that indicate this may be lubication issue. However, I haven't seen anything that describes how to get into the cover to access the shaft and gear assembly. Any help appriciated.
