My 94 C-280 Ignition switch tumbler is frozen. It moves just enough to unlock the steering wheel. The dealership in Edison NJ quoted me a price of $800(with towing) to replace the 3 part switch/tumbler/wheel lock assembly. Seems a little high to me. Did anyone else have this same problem and what did it cost to fix? Also looking for a good benz repair shop in the Woodbridge/Edison area. Thanks.
