3.2 v6 engine boggs under hard acceleration
I have recently purchased a 2001 C320 with the 3.2 v6 engine. When I accelerate hard on an on-ramp to freeway the engine boggs so badly that the car will loose speed. I have to pat the accelerator up and down and back off the gas to get it to catch.
Has anyone had this problem and if so, what is the fix? I am a reasonably good amateur mechanic.
