I posted a response to this same topic that has been discussed here before. Did you do a search by any chance?

Anyway, yes, there is a problem with a wiring harness and clip under the hood near the firewall that can make a
really annoying squeak in this car. If you pop the hood and look BEHIND the engine near the driver's side up against
the firewall, you will see it. It's a plastic clip that holds it and a bundled group of wires in some insulation. If your noise
is an irritating squeak that sounds like it's coming from somewhere in the dash when you drive, try unclipping that plastic
clip and pulling that wiring harness away from the firewall.....then close the hood and go out for a test ride to see if that
helped it at all. My last loaner car at the dealership did the very same thing and I fixed it for them in about 30 seconds.
Don't ask me how a plastic clip/wiring harness could make that kind of a squeak, but it's really annoying to listen to it.

Hope this helps you out.

I can't take a picture for you because I don't own that particular car.
I had this problem on a LOANER car from the dealership, which was given to me while my car was in for service.
The loaner was a 2007 six cyl. car. If you do exactly what I said, you cannot miss it. It's right there looking at you.
As I said, look at the FIREWALL in back of the engine closer to the driver's side and you will see it. It's all black with
a black plastic "clip". That's it. Just loosen that clip and pull the damn thing away from the firewall and then drive the
car for a test to see if that was it. Let me know. I bet you if your problem is a "squeaky" noise, that's it. Simple.

I am 99.99% sure it's coming from where I said it was in previous posts. It's very common on your year car.
I drove two of them as loaners and they both did it until I popped the hood and fixed it myself. It's a one minute fix.
Just look where I mentioned and you'll see it. It just doesn't APPEAR to be a source of such a squeak, but it is.
