2006 C230 (2.5L-V6 engine) power steering pump replacement
Hi everyone. I need some guidelines on how to replace the power steering pump. To make the story short, the pulley got broken and after initial research I found that the entire pump needs to be replaced, not just the pulley. Moreover, just read that the AC compressor needs to be removed in order to access and replace the PS pump. Is that correct? Can anyone help with more input, links to procedures or other useful info? I bought my C230 new in 2006 and now it has 69K miles. No issues until now. I will continue to brows the forum but any input is greatly appreciated.
