Anyone have a diagram or pictures on how to remove the rear door panel so I don't damage it?

I lost the lock **** and the threaded part is no longer visible in the little hole, and now the only way the door will open is to pull the inner handle twice or the outer handle 4 times so I'm guessing that something is out of wack.

Any insight is appreciated.
