Has anyone had any problems with too much vibration at idle. It might just be me, but I don't remember any vibration during the first 3000 miles. Any solutions to the problem would be helpful thanks. <BR clear=left>

 

Mine did the same at 16k miles + rough idle. Took it for maintenance and they replacedan o-ring on one of the fuel lines and the problem went away after using it a day or two (dunno which one or which line, but mine blew 2 fuel pumps and they had to replace the fuel buoy/intake inside the fuel tank and has never had problems again). I don't know if this is the case with yours, but if still under warraty the dealer should be able to fix it no charge.

 

I took it in once to have it checked out. All they did was replace the fuel filter which they said was "clogged", but that didn't solve the problem. I will be sure to ask them about the o-ring. The vibration isn't unbearable just really annoying. I wouldn't expect this from a Mercedes. I really appreciate your advice. I hate going into the dealership with no clue. Sometimes I feel like the dealership is just trying to pull a fast one on me. I will keep you posted.</P>

Hey Man, I had the same problem. I had it diagnosed and it was attributed to a left broken motor mount. The repair for the left was @275 and the right was $250 USD</P>
