Is the oil change interval 10,000 miles when using Synthetic 0W40 Mobil1?

 

I'm not sure about your exact year and model, but my '05 230K with the same oil is something like 12k or 13k miles
before the "Service A" (glorified oil change) icon appears. Hope this helps. Of course, 10k wouldn't hurt.

 

Mobil 1 has the tendency to last 10,000 miles on any car, but the thing with any Benz is that the "open" style oil filters cog up a lot easier so you will be running a lot more dirty oil. Just to be on the safe side, do urself a favor and change it a bit earlier. Im gonna be doing mine every 5,000-7,500 miles or twice a year. Definately stick with the 0w40, ur car will love you forever

 

Stevel , your C240 has what is called FSS , which the car itself determins when oil should be changed ,( its just basically a timer that your dealer re-sets when you service it) either by days , or milage , the standard is 10k or a year . I do recommend you do it every 8k miles
