Hello. My dad recently purchased a 2003 C230 Kompressor Coupe for me and the glass panel of the sun roof does not fully open when I press the button once. It stops half way through and you have to press it again. Is it supposed to do that, or is my sunroof faulty? Thanks.

 

It is normal thats how it works.

That is normal.
At higher speeds (above 60-70 km/hr-40 mph) the car develops a buffeting sound and air pressure increases inside the car if the roof is open all the way. The half way point is more comfortable at any speed even on the highway.
