My 2000 C280 has a fan running with the car off. It must have been running all night, because now the battery is dead. I cannot get into the trunk, or figure out how to get to the battery. The car has been running perfectly until this happened. Not sure what the issue is, but first things first, gotta figure out how to get to the battery! HELP!

 

you should be able to use the blade to get in to the trunk. usually turn the key to the left then push the button to open it. if that doesnt work try turning to the left and pushing the button. try pressing the key inward after turning the key to the left or the right. not sure which design you have but one of them should get you in the trunk.
