can anyone tell me how much is the average price on a oil change for a 2005 c230k at any local lube cost? and how to reset the oil timer on it? also anyone know anything about what the price is to get an extended warranty, i bought a car from a gmc dealership, the bank didnt approve me for the extended warranty, does anyone know what the average price is to get an extended warranty on 05 c230k??

 

The local Quicky Lube is not going to get near my '06 C230. I recommend you avoid them as well. Take the car to a dealer or a real Mercedes Benz mechanic. I just did my glorified oil change "Service A" at a dealer for just over $200. The good news is it is only once a year or so with the mileage I drive.

FWIW, I do let a local Quicky Lube change the differential and trans oil in my Miata - but I watch them like a hawk while they do it and I bring them Mobil 1.
