B 200 Fuel consumption

B 200 Fuel consumption
Hello everybody
I really need your help. I own B200 2007 Carlsson model. As I observe fuel consumption is too much. I calculated and for 100 km fuel consumption is approximately 15 liter. However, my display shows maximum 12.5 L for 100 km.
I also tried Comfort mode, but fuel consumption remains high. BTW I always drive in traffic jam.
Is 15 liter consumption for 100 Km normal? what can be a problem?
