Hardtop Convertible Flap won't stay up

Hardtop Convertible Flap won't stay up
2007 SL 55 AMG. The passanger side "flap" won't stay up and prevents the top from going up. Any sugestions?? I had a SL500 with teh same issue but i could usually just push it back and it would stay for a while but this just falls right back down when I put it back.
