How many of you do your own brake jobs? How much does it cost you? If you have the dealer do it, how much have you been charged?

Always did it myself, but on my last car (CLK AMG) decided to let the dealer to do it (the car was there anyway). Paid $700 (front brakes) - will never do that again!

Parts were just about $300, rest is labor...

I don't know about AMG - never had a chance to do it on latest AMGs. But even if there are some tricks, I am sure you could do a search on internet to find out what it is. In general - brakes are brakes, just make sure you have some tool store open near you in case you need some unusual size "wrench"...
