Hello: I have a 2017 SL63 AMG with 4K miles and I want to put battery trickle chargers on both batteries. Can anyone tell me thew location of the 2 batteries? Im getting conflicting information from different dealers when I call them. Some say under hood and in truck, one said only one battery, some say under hood and behind passenger seat. If you can be specific of the location it is greatly appreciated!

 

Well I did find out that the battery is located in the trunk underneath the air pump and holder. That is the starter battery. The accessory battery is located behind the passenger seat and I'm told that that one does not need a battery trickle charger. Seems no one knew how to answer the question so I thought I would post the locations on a 2017 AMG SL63.
