So is anyone else going to the amg-extrem driving thing in IL? Has anyone been to it before? I am kinda excited about it I love driving mine on the streets but its gotta be awesome hitting up a race course like that.

I am a member of the merecedes-benz owners online and they sent me an invitation to participate in a driving school/road course event at Jouilet IL. where you drive 2005 AMG's around the track for the day. I was just wondering if I was going to be the only one there and if it was really worth it or not. If not it would be great to get to know the others.

$400 to drive their AMG cars around a track. Sounds like a decent way to spend an afternoon.

I wonder what happens if you crash one? Do you think they'd get pissed?

 

Thats kinda what I was thinking something exciting to do for the day. Hey if you wreck you just have to think that you can always use a parts car right?

 

Can you bring your own or do you need to take their cars ? I'd like to run mine on a race-track.
