I’m an ex w210 owner and on the cusp of buying a new C63. Outside the 450hp I also like the fact that AMG now adds subtleties like increased front track to enhance handling.

I’ve also noticed that I can pick up a CPO 2007 E63 for about the same price. I like the extra 50hp but was not a big fan of my old W210’s handling. I assume the W211 is far better? I’ve driven the C63 and love the car but find the interior a little cheap in comparison to the E63 and the interior a little cramped for me. I'm now leaning towards an 07 E63.

Does anyone out there own a 07 E63 and can share some insight to the car? I’m more curious about what you don’t like about the car. The good is pretty obvious.How much more is service for basics like brakes? Also, it doesn’t appear the car has changed much from 07 to 09 so I assume if I went in to my local MB dealer and looked at an 09, an 07 would be very much the same????

Agreed. I test drove the new C Class when I was down in Florida(Non AMG,but same interior) Found the same thing. Its like that on the 1994-2000 and the 2008 and on C Class. I like the C63 also but I would rather have the E63 personally. It is definatly more practical.
