Default Interior "flat look" cleaning

Hi,

Looking for advise on how to clean and protect the "flat looking" dashboard and other no-leather items in my new MB. The dealer told me just a damp cloth with some soap suds, then wipe clean with damp cloth. My concern is UV protection. I do not want to use watered down Armorall (50-1) and the likes because they will make them shine because of the oils they use.

You 2c are greatly appreciated to start on the right foot.

FYI,

Found out that the DP product is prefered over Wolfgang, Pinnacle and other fine products for that flat look in your new car.....AutoGeek carries these lines

Use Meguiar's Natural Shine because it doesn't leave a lusterous finish:
