When my windows go to the fully upright position, they're fine from closing once inside but when the door opens they close to the outside of the top seal. Is this an adjustment or are they supposed to go down alittle when opening and reseal when the door closes

 

This is called self sealing door feature on the newer convertibles. Consider it to be normal.
