Bought a used 190e 2.3 liter and I'm trying to change the oil for the first time. I can't find the oil drain plug. I assume it's under the car, but where?</P>


Also, it looks like the oil filter is accessible from under the hood...but it's facing down. How do I remove it without its contents spilling all over the place?</P>

Drain plug will be on the bottom of the sump. if you drain the oil first none will spill out honnest.
