As previous post Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), this means the part specification is as supplied to Mercedes-Benz by the component supplier. Only difference is instead of saying Mercedes Benz on the box it will say who actually supplied the part to MB. eg Ate Brake part as supplied to MB.
