While driving the other night, I noticed a slight slip between gears (1 and 2 I think). I checked the fluid level, and it's a bit low. I've been driving it fairly often in short distances, and have not noticed anything consistent. My question is, what is the reccommended fluid, and does anyone have any experience with tranny additives (good or bad)? It's for an '87 420 SEL with 136k miles. The car has been serviced often by the previous owner, so I thought about doing a tranny flush and filter change. I don't think there will be any issues with old fluid, shavings, etc. Any advice? </P>
