Should I plug 2nd vent hole?
Just replaced the battery on my 2018 GLC300. The new battery has vent holes in both sides. The vent tube goes in the hole on the left side. The new battery also came with a plug and a note that essentially says "If the manufacturer plugs the 2nd vent hole, use this plug."
Unfortunately I didn't think to check the OEM battery before I got rid of it. Does anyone know if I should use that plug to plug the 2nd hole (on the right side)? Or should I just leave it open? Will it hurt it if I do/don't?
