SEL 500 will not start

SEL 500 will not start
I tryed to start my 1983 SEL 500 after long inactive period, The fuel pump will not turn so i fed extra lead to it from battery,Now i have fuel and spark but still no go,The fuel tested OK with another engine,Pressure OK.Anyone can help please?
