Restoring stained bumpers

Default Restoring stained bumpers
Is there any way to restore the badly stained silver metal covers on the bumpers of a 420sel?

There are several varieties of polishes and waxes that'll help with the resto process. I've attached a link below that may be helpful - best of luck!
