Restoring suspension height 1999 E55 AMG
What must be done to restore suspension height after car has been lowered.
The right front tire rubs the fender over small bumps. The rims are 19" two-piece double spoke, the front tires are 245/35R19 and the rears are 275/30R19. The inside metal lip on the front fenders has been folded up in an attempt to stop the rubbing.
Thanks for any help. gmcent

I'm also a member of the Corvette and Viper Forums and used to hundreds of members immediately giving a reply or opinion. My initial impressions of this Mercedes Forum is not too many members or they're all too busy working and making money! Anyway, I'm sorry but I can't answer your question but you did answer mine (CLK55 Lowering Question below). After reading yours about the tires rubbing etc., I've decided not to lower mine (and save the $1700.00 or so).
