Replacing spak plugs on ML 320
Has anyone ever repaced the spark plugs on an ML 320? I have 102,000 miles and the original spark plugs. Anyone recommend anything else checked - replaced besides sparkplugs? Can anyone e-mail me a picture of the spark plug changing procedure. From what I can see so far, there are 6 wires on either side of the engine and I assume all 12 wires aren't spark plug wires. Which ones are the spark plug wires? I appear to be very ignorant about the subject because I am as a result of there being no service manual readily available. Thanks

RE: Replacing spak plugs on ML 320
yes they are!
your engine got 12 sparkplugs... 6 on every side.
the ignition coil is only held in place by 1 screw. you can make a mistake in installing it coz there an "A" and "B" guide on top.
use a 17mm open wrench to pull out difficult plug socket. don't pull from the wire too much...only to assist.
