hi i got a 88 300se and my dash is cracked in about 13-15 places well
when i bought the car the old owner gave me another dash and i was
wondering how hard is it to replace the dash and any precautions i should
take when doing it.

just do it slowly and separate the screws on every stage so you can remember where to put it back (put them on the cup). better yet is to screw it back a little to avoid confusion.
