Hello,

My Alternator recently went on my 190e and i am trying to change it over with the replacement one i bought.

Seems to me there are 3 main bolts undo, 2 at the front and one at the back to remove the old one. Problem is the lowest front one is so near to the metal housing that i cannot get a socket or spanner onto it to undo it.

Am i doing this incorrectly or is there another way to do this??
