I'VE GOT A 1992 190E AND I NEED TO REPLACE THE DIVERSIDE WINDOW SWICTH,CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET TO IT TO DO THIS.

 

behind the window switch buttons there is a center console compartment. pull up the carpet and you should see a screw, then you can pull up the wood trim around the shifter to replace the switch. the switch should just pull out.
