I need to raise the idle speed on my 1984 380SL as it is just idling far to low. There are no adjustments that I can see on the linkage so I would assume that adjustments are made at the fuel Distributor. I would appreciate any help that I can get in accomplishing raising the Idle.

The idle speed is electronically controlled. The idle acuator or the idle speed controller may be bad. Also check to see if you are getting a closed idle switch at closed throttle.
